As a busy mom navigating airports with car seats, strollers, luggage, and tired kids, Holly founded Durango Vacation Services after experiencing firsthand how overwhelming family travel can be. Family trips can easily become bogged down with how stressful and expensive it was to bring all the necessary gear — only to arrive and still face installations, errands, and grocery runs. She began to see that travel days were stealing precious vacation time, and there had to be a better way.
Living in Durango, Holly recognized that thousands of families visit each year for skiing, Mesa Verde National Park, the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, and the charm of historic downtown. She created Durango Vacation Services to support those families with thoughtful, practical help — delivering baby gear, installing car seats at the airport, coordinating winter equipment, and stocking kitchens before arrival. Today, her mission is simple: remove the stress so families can focus on connection, adventure, and making lasting memories in the mountains.
